Welcome to Photos By Trev. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided Photos By Trev offers professional photography services, including but not limited to event photography, portrait sessions, and photo editing services. Detailed descriptions of our services can be found on our website.
Booking and Payment

Booking:

To book a session, a non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit will be applied to the total cost of your session.

Payment:

Full payment must be made before the scheduled session date. Payment can be made via [credit card, cash, check.].

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please notify us at least [48 hours] in advance. Cancellations made with less than notice may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

All photographs taken by Photos By Trev are copyrighted and remain the property of Photos By Trev.
Clients receive a license to use the images for personal, non-commercial purposes. For commercial use, please contact us for licensing terms and fees.
Photos By Trev reserves the right to use images for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website galleries, and marketing materials. If you prefer not to have your images used for promotional purposes, please inform us in writing.

Client Responsibilities

Cooperation:

Clients must cooperate with the photographer during the session to ensure optimal results.
Timeliness: Please arrive on time for your scheduled session. Delays may impact the duration and quality of the session.

Outfit and Props:

Clients are responsible for providing their own outfits and props unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.
Image Delivery and Storage

Delivery:

Edited images will be delivered within [4 weeks] after the session. Images will be provided in digital format via [email, download link, etc.].

Storage:

Photos By Trev will store your images for [3 months]. It is recommended to download and back up your images upon receipt.

Liability

Photos By Trev will take all reasonable steps to provide high-quality images and services. However, we are not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to, adverse weather conditions, equipment failure, or client non-cooperation.

In the unlikely event that we are unable to provide the agreed-upon services, our liability is limited to the refund of any payments received.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or our services will be resolved through negotiation in good faith. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be submitted to mediation or arbitration in [Minnesota].
Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Minnesota], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Changes to Terms

Photos By Trev reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will become effective upon posting. Your continued use of our services after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
